SereniTea: River to Book contains Motherwort for mood stabilizationand anxiety, Rosemary and Sage for improvements to mental focus, clarity, and memory; Orange Peel for nutritive, and Cinnamon as conductor. All ingredients are organic.
This tea is neither pregnancy or nursing safe. It should also not be used by children. Additionally, as Cinnamon is a variable strength blood-thinner, if you are on prescription blood-thinners you should check with your doctor before regularly drinking this tea.
A batch is 2 ounces and makes 30-40 cups of tea.
